Ms C’s Petri Dish Nutribullet Zinger
A friend gave me some of this to sip and it was decent.
Add 6 almonds, spinach, half an avocado, half a banana, a medjool date, a teaspoon of coconut oil and teaspoon of honey. Add water to taste
Rage tip: use small avocados/ bananas rather than half, as the other half goes off, as does spinach.
